Meta has joined with Affinity to offer, what might be, one of the best deals in VR right now. Meta is really working hard to solidify their plan of making VR affordable for every household.
Looking at this link here we can see that Meta Quest 3 (128 and 512) are available for 24 months of payments starting at $25 for the 128 GB and $35 for the 512 GB. With that price comes a free Meta+ subscription that gets you two free games a month on a revolving door. And while I love VR, 2 month is definitely enough to beat any VR game a few times.
That also comes with a full Warranty Plus for the entire duration as well instead of the one year limited standard year. So for that fee, buyers get higher level warranties AND revolving games.
So if you want VR, this is a great time to get it and I'd recommend either or. Meta Quest is truly the best bang for the buck right now. You get a top class PCVR via cable connection or wireless (make sure you have a good WiFi6 router, preferably just VR gaming), and a top class Standalone VR all in one. It's really hard to beat and is far beyond just an "entry to VR" so much as a daily driver with little competition.
